31% of employees suffer from sleep disorders often or permanently. Concerning absenteeism, an employee is arrested on average 1.5 times per year, for 12 days of absence in total during the year.
13% of employees are arrested for chronic illness, 2.9 times a year, for 35 days of absence in total during the year. 9% of employees are arrested for psychological problems, 2.7 times a year, for 45 days of absence in total during the year.
A majority of employees would expect solutions to manage their health from the company. 63% of employees would be interested if their company offered them solutions to manage their stress or nervousness.
57% of employees would be interested in services to better maintain their health provided by their company. 52% would be interested if their company offered them services to act against sleep disorders.
