600 grams of potatoes

1 thin leek

400 grams of Brussels sprouts

150 grams of pork strips

Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in a little water for 20-25 minutes.
- Clean the leek and cut the vegetables into rings.
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- Boil the Brussels sprouts for 3 minutes, add the leek and cook the vegetables for a few minutes.
- Bake the meat with shoarma herbs in the hot margarine for about 8 minutes until cooked and brown.
- Mash the cooked potatoes and make a puree with the hot milk, some pepper and a little nutmeg.
- Mix in the vegetables and spoon the shoarma meat on top.
