Preparation
Let the frozen spinach thaw and drain well. Hard boil the egg for 7 minutes. Shock him with cold, running water and peel the egg. Boil the potatoes until cooked through and mash them into a coarse puree with a dash of semi-skimmed milk, a crushed garlic clove and a pinch of nutmeg. Divide the ingredients in layers in a baking dish, with the egg in between. Finish with the mashed potatoes and cheese.
Bake the oven dish for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
