Chataigner method: a recipe to try
French toast for breakfast
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 1 leftover bread
- 2 eggs
- 150 mL of vegetable milk (coconut milk, almond milk …) or goat milk
- 1 C. to s. coconut oil
- 1 pinch of coconut sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Take the leftover sourdough bread or the leftover buckwheat waffles. Dip them in the beaten eggs with the milk. Place them in a pan in coconut oil to brown them. Then, on a plate, sprinkle with coconut sugar and cinnamon. To be enjoyed with a bowl of red fruits and tea!
The advice of the pro. ” Eating sweet for breakfast is not a good idea. Indeed, sugars (especially industrial) block the action of serotonin, the hormone of well-being. Chataigner method: what are the results?
