Ingredients
- 12 sardines lifted in fillets by your fishmonger
- 1 slice of stale wholemeal bread
- 30 g of shelled hazelnuts
- 30 g pine nuts
- 30 g of raisins
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 sprigs of parsley
- 3 sprigs of mint
- 3 sprigs of basil
- 2 tablespoons of 0% cottage cheese
- The juice of 1/2 lemon
- Freshly ground pepper
Preperation
- Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (th. 7).
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Toast the slice of bread (under the broiler or in the toaster).
- Coarsely mix the bread with the garlic, herbs, hazelnuts and pine nuts.
- Add the raisins and cottage cheese. Pepper and mix everything.
- Place the sardine fillets in a large ovenproof dish then cover each fillet with the dried fruit stuffing.
- Bake and cook for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle the sardines with a squeeze of lemon juice and serve immediately.
- Serve this dish with a lentil salad.
