1 tablespoon oil

400 grams vegetable stir fry mix

1 clove of garlic

1 dried chili pepper

2 teaspoons oregano

1 can or large jar of kidney beans

4 sprigs of celery

1/2 small wholemeal baguette
Preparation
- Heat the oil in a soup pot and stir fry the vegetables for a few minutes.
- Squeeze the garlic clove on top. Crumble in the chili pepper.
- Rinse the brown beans and let them drain.
- Add the oregano, 300 milliliters of water and the kidney beans to the vegetables. Bring this to a boil and cook the soup for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Season the soup with finely chopped celery. Add bread.
