The chocolate mug cake recipe
Mug cakes or “cup cakes” in French are very easy desserts to make. Prepared and cooked in a mug, all you need is a microwave. So, forget industrial cakes and try this delicious and much healthier recipe.
Ingredients :
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of wholemeal flour
- 1 tablespoon of cane sugar
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of low-fat cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 drop of vanilla flavoring
- 1 square of dark chocolate (about 10 g)
Mix all the ingredients in a mug, place the square of chocolate on top and heat for 45 to 50 seconds in the microwave. It’s ready !
