2 tablespoons coconut

800 grams of ready-to-cook leeks

1 can diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons curry paste (jar)

2 tablespoons oil

300 grams of seasoned beef strips

4 pieces of naan bread or 300 grams of rice
Preparation
Toast the coconut in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Put the leek with the diced tomatoes and the curry paste in a pan and braise the vegetables for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the strips of meat for a few minutes until brown and cooked through. Sprinkle some salt over it and spoon the meat over the leek. Sprinkle with the toasted coconut.
Delicious with (naan) bread or rice.
