Preparation
- Put a pan with water on and bring it to a boil. When the water is boiling, add the cauliflower florets and cook the cauliflower until tender, but still firm. Sometimes prick with a sharp knife.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or wok. Add the beef strips to this. Let it fry briefly on both sides. Add the cauliflower and bell pepper and fry briefly over high heat. Season with the ketoembar and pepper.
- Finally add the soy sauce and noodles. Mix everything well.
