Good sleep is important for your health! But what is ‘good sleep’? dr. Merijn van de Laar wrote the book ‘Sleeping like a primeval man’ and knows everything about a good night’s sleep. Merijn van de Laar studied biological psychology at Maastricht University and obtained her doctorate in sleep. He teaches GPs in training about sleep and wrote the book Sleep like a primal man. He also suffered from sleeping problems for years, but that is now a thing of the past. Merijn looks at sleep from the knowledge of evolution and natural peoples.
