8 mint leaves

4 tablespoons Bulgarian yogurt, low-fat
Preparation
- Cut the pineapple half in half.
- Cut the flesh from the skin and remove the hard core.
- Cut the flesh into pieces and divide again over the pieces of skin if necessary. Place this on 2 plates.
- Cut the mint into strips and mix it with the yogurt.
- Spoon the yogurt on top of the pineapple.
