A delicious summer smoothie!
Ingredients

half pineapple

1 banana

200 milliliters coconut milk

1 tablespoon coconut grater/shredds
Preparation
- Cut the pineapple half into cubes and throw them in the blender.
- Peel the banana and add it in pieces.
- Add the coconut milk and blend into a creamy smoothie. Don’t like coconut? Then use 200 milliliters of yogurt instead of coconut milk.
- Garnish with the grated coconut and optionally a slice of pineapple.
