Preparation
- Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Peel the onions then slice them.
- Put everything in a casserole dish, cover with water and cook for 30 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables using a skimmer and mix them with the soy cream, turmeric and a little cooking water.
- Salt and pepper. Using a ladle, gradually add the cooking water until you get the desired consistency.
