Health tips
Long live turmeric! An essential part of healthy cooking, this shimmering-colored spice acts in particular on the liver. Turmeric promotes bile production, and acts on liver enzymes in charge of detoxification. It thus facilitates the elimination of toxins. Good news, you can put it in all dishes, from starter to dessert: in soups, dressings, and even compotes!
