The proof was held on October 28 and 29 in Montreal on 3e Montreal International Symposium entitled “Health through probiotics: applications in this 3e millennium ”.
Organized by the Fondation des Gouverneurs, this world-class event brought together scientists and food producers to hear about twenty speakers and researchers specializing in the field.
