Between 200 and 300 IMG per year
The voluntary termination of pregnancy (IVG) must take place before the twelfth week of pregnancy, while the medical termination of pregnancy (IMG) can be triggered without restriction of time, i.e. until term. This practice concerns between 200 and 300 abortions per year, against 215,000 to 230,000 abortions annually.

It is therefore necessary to clarify the legal framework in which the medical college renders its opinion on the advisability of carrying out this act.
