With this fruity recipe you get your daily portion of 200 grams of fruit in one go. And it’s just a delicious dessert!
Preparation
- Clean the fruit.
- Mash half a kiwi with a stick blender or fork.
- Cut the nectarine, plum and apple into pieces. Drizzle a little lemon juice over the apple cubes to prevent discoloration.
- Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds with a sharp knife.
- Mix the fruit and gently fold in the kiwi dressing. Divide between 2 bowls.
