Despite all the improvements in successive Windows versions, there are still a few things that can be said about the PrintScreen thing. It is therefore not surprising that many companies have jumped into that gap. One of these is Ashampoo with the Snap 2018 program (yes, they’re early), which Cor Lulof tipped us off. Snap captures images of entire windows (including scrolling), rectangular and random areas for you. The program can also photograph menus. In addition, you can record screen videos with it. Everything you capture with Snap can be edited in the included editor.
