Free download – DBNL – A large collection of Dutch-language books and magazines

In Voor Nop 10 we wrote about the many great reading material that you can download on the American Project Gutenberg site. Of course the number of Dutch titles you will find there is limited (but certainly not small). However, there is one place where they focus exclusively on Dutch and Flemish publications; the Digital Library for Dutch Literature, in short DBNL. On this site – a nice tip from one of our readers – we find a large amount of digitized and downloadable work (mainly prose and poetry, but also non-fiction) from the Middle Ages to the present.
