To prevent osteoporosis (bone loss), it is important to eat a diet rich in calcium. It is not difficult and can also be very tasty. This recipe comes from the book Osteoporosis, written by Prof. Dr Reineer Bartl.

250 grams Emmentaler

2 red peppers

½ cucumber

1 bunch of radishes

5 leeks

2 tablespoons sunflower oil

1 tablespoon vinegar

iodine salt

freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Cut cheese into cubes. Wash and chop vegetables. Make a marinade from oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir all ingredients together. Extend well.
Contains approximately 730 mg of calcium per serving.
