On the program of the Flavors and Health Train
Conferences, workshops and exhibition.
The public will be able to discover every day, from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, an exhibition designed as a route around gastronomy, terroirs and health. Daily conferences, led by professionals and trainers, will present the richness of the food and gastronomy professions to young people in schools and high schools. Researchers in agronomy and biology, professors of medicine, medical specialists and cardiologists will also debate in this car with the public on the compatibility of gastronomy, pleasure and health.
