Ingredients
- 4 buckwheat pancakes
- 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
- 3 carrots
- 1 Granny apple
- 150g ricotta
- ½ shallot
- 1 C. to s. chopped chives
- Salt pepper
Preperation
- Finely chop the shallot. Peel and grate the carrots, as well as the apple (unpeeled).
- Mix with the ricotta, shallot, chopped lamb’s lettuce, chives, salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer on the pancakes, form rolls and cut them into sections. Serve immediately.
