Preparation
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Clean the green beans. Boil the green beans in a little water for about 10 minutes.
- Peel the onion and cut it small.
- Wash the apple and cut it into thin wedges.
- Cut the chicken breast into strips.
- Fry the chicken in the oil until golden brown.
- Saute the curry and onion briefly.
- Add the coconut milk, 150 milliliters of water, the stock cube and the apple.
- Cook the whole thing for 10 minutes. Add the rice and green beans.
