Preparation
- Unwrap the biscuits and put them in the bowl of a food processor. Add the cherries, agave syrup (optional) and bitter almond flavor. Mix coarsely (there should be pieces of fruit left).
- Divide the mixture among eight empty Petit-Suisse jars and place in the refrigerator for an hour. When it starts to harden, plant the wooden sticks in the middle and return to the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
- Take them out of the freezer 10 minutes before eating and unmold them at the last moment.
