Ingredients

50 grams of hazelnuts

500 grams of Brussels sprouts

1 small onion

1 clove of garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
Preparation
1. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and roast them briefly in a dry frying pan until lightly coloured.
2. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook them for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain them and let them drain well.
3. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil or butter in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the Brussels sprouts and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the hazelnuts and season with salt and pepper.
5. Delicious with mashed potatoes and fillet chops.
