Nice wok! This is how vegetables taste delicious
Vegetables can be prepared in many ways. Nice wok with soy sauce for example!
Ingredients
Side dish
2 persons
20 minutes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Piece of fresh ginger (approx. 2 cm)
- 250 grams broccoli/cauliflower
- 1 red bell pepper and 1 yellow bell pepper
- 100 grams of chestnut mushrooms
- 100 grams sugar snap peas
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons sunflower or olive oil
- soy sauce
Prepare
- Cut the onion into rings, chop the garlic. Grate the ginger. Divide the broccoli and/or cauliflower into small florets and cut the stem into small cubes. Cut the peppers into strips. Halve the mushrooms. Clean the sugar snaps and cut the spring onions into rings.
- Heat the oil in a wok. Add the onion, garlic and ginger and fry over high heat for 1 minute. Add the broccoli and cook for 1 minute while stirring. Then add the bell pepper and mushrooms. Keep baking constantly. The moisture evaporates and the vegetables become nice and crispy. Finally, add the sugar snaps and the spring onion and continue frying until the sugar snaps are al dente. Season with pepper and a dash of soy sauce.
- Delicious with rice/noodles/mie and a piece of baked salmon or chicken breast.
Tips
Stir-fry at the last 200 grams of cooked soybeans and you have a vegetarian dish.
Also delicious with strips of cabbage, bean sprouts and strips of carrot.
