Preparation
- Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds and dice the flesh.
- Spread a little cream cheese on each slice of bresaola, distribute a few arugula leaves and a few diced tomatoes, pepper and roll the slices on themselves horizontally.
- Cut them in half to reveal the filling and present them on a bed of arugula.

Bresaola is dried beef, ultra concentrated in protein and low in calories. It can be found in the charcuterie section of supermarkets, also under the name Grisons meat.
