Preparation
- Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut the flesh into thin sticks.
- Cut the salmon into strips, mix them with the cream cheese and a little pepper, so as to obtain a creamy preparation.
- Roll out 4 pancakes (see buckwheat flour pancakes recipe). Place a quarter of the preparation on the bottom of the first pancake. Add avocado sticks, minced lettuce, then roll everything up tightly to get a roll. Repeat the operation with the other patties.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours then cut the rolls into 2 cm sections. Hold with wooden picks.
