Preparation
- Slice the lettuce leaves. Cut the tofu into cubes. Core the tomato and dice the flesh.
- Prepare a bowl of just hot water (barely more than your finger). Quickly soak the rice sheets one by one. They will soften. then place them on a clean cloth and dab them with another clean cloth.
- Garnish with salad, tofu and tomato.
- Close the sheets by folding the sides and then rolling each sheet on itself.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with sesame seeds and garnish with basil leaves.
