Why take care of your belly?
It’s no longer a secret: our physical and mental health is very often influenced by what is called the second brain. After all, the majority of immune cells are located in the intestine and 80% of the serotonin(nicknamed the hormone of happiness) is produced at the level of the latter. The intestine and the good balance of its flora are essential, at any age, in the functioning of the organism.
