1 orange juice

6 dried apricots

2 tablespoons of muesli without sugar

200 milliliters semi-skimmed yogurt
Preparation
- Squeeze the orange.
- Wash the apricots and soak them in the orange juice for 1 hour.
- Bake the muesli in a frying pan with a non-stick coating on not too high heat until brown and crispy. Let it cool.
- Cut 1 apricot into pieces and puree the rest with a stick blender.
- Mix the pureed apricots with the yogurt and scoop this into 2 bowls. Divide the muesli and the apricot pieces over it.
