1 minute to style
Dust, pollution … So many anti-shine agents to remove by brushing your hair at night before going to bed. Forget the hundred daily brush strokes prescribed by our grandmothers. Always start with the ends and work gently on the tangled areas so as not to break the hair fiber, which will take away from their shine.
1 minute to hydrate
The day before your shampoo, apply a moisturizing balm to deeply nourish and tighten the scales in your hair. Then slide the product along the strands to the ends, smoothing with your fingertips.
5 minutes for a good shampoo
Target your shampoo according to the nature of your hair and think about special shine formulas. Take the time to massage your scalp well to activate blood circulation. Finish with a long rinse in cold water with a dash of vinegar, or by applying a specific vinegar rinse.
4 minutes to blow out hot and cold
After shampooing, blow the hot on the brush to roll up the lengths and send the cold air to unwind. This alternation allows the strands to keep the crease and shine a little more.
4 minutes for flash coloring
Do you want to shine brightly? Go for some pigments combined with radiance boosters. Choose an ephemeral or semi-ephemeral color, closest to your natural shade. Apply it after shampooing, and leave on for 3 or 4 minutes depending on the indication. Do not overuse this magic wand, as the pigments tend to open the scales.
