The city with the most fast food restaurants remains Paris, with 394 restaurants for more than 2,240,000 inhabitants. But the streets of Bordeaux retain the record for the number of fast food outlets in relation to the number of inhabitants, with 54 fast food outlets for more than 250,000 inhabitants.
