Respond to a whatsapp message later? Mark the message as ‘unread’ to remind yourself. Useful!
*Click on the gear at the bottom right of the video and choose the highest possible quality to view the video as sharp as possible.
Mark conversation as unread on iPhone
- Open WhatsApp.
- Tap the Chats tab. Here are the conversations you’ve had.
- Drag the conversation from left to right on the screen.
- Tap Unread.
The message moves back to its normal place. There is now a blue dot to the right of the message, indicating that the message is unread.
Mark conversation as unread on Android
- Open WhatsApp.
- Tap the Chats tab. Here are the chat conversations you’ve had.
- Tap a call and hold your finger on the screen.
- Tap the icon with the three dots.
- In this window, tap Mark as unread.
