Healthy and tasty
With a vegetable smoothie you get a lot of good nutrients in one go. And it’s delicious too!
Ingredients
For 2 people
- 150 grams of fennel
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls of spinach
Prepare
10 minutes
- Cut the fennel into pieces.
- Squeeze the orange.
- Blend the fennel, banana and orange juice in a blender or using an immersion blender. Mix until almost liquid.
- When everything is fine, mix in the spinach.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve with a spoon.
