A delicious Mexican dip

This Mexican dipping sauce is best made just before use, because the avocado discolours quickly. It tastes delicious with nacho chips, but also as a filling in tacos or burritos or on a sandwich.

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

1 clove of garlic

½ red pepper

1 tomato

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander

Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and pit
Tips

Instead of a fresh red pepper, you can also crumble a dried chili pepper. -
You can also use mayonnaise instead of sour cream.
