35 grams of oatmeal

Preparation
- Mash the banana and cut the apple into cubes.
- Mix in the oatmeal. Beat the egg and fold it into the mixture along with the cinnamon. Place in a microwave-safe bowl or cake tin.
- Heat the whole for 3.5 minutes at 800 watts.
No microwave?
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Bake the cake for 15 minutes.
Tips
- Also delicious with raisins, cranberries or some chopped (wal) nuts
- Delicious with a scoop of yogurt
