Healthy wrap with a fresh legume salad
Delicious on a sandwich at lunch, but with a potato and vegetables you quickly have a healthy meal on the table. Because making your own fish burgers is really easy.
Ingredients
For 4 persons

Ingredients
- 400 grams of fish fillet (salmon, redfish, haddock: everything is possible).
- 1 handful fresh herbs (chives, parsley)
- 1 egg
- pinch of paprika powder
- 2 slices of stale bread
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons butter or oil
Prepare
- Puree the fish in a food processor. Finely chop the herbs and mix with the fish.
- Beat the egg with salt, pepper and paprika. Divide the bread into very small pieces.
- Stir the egg and bread into the fish. Use your hands to make 4 burgers of about 1.5 cm thick from the fish mixture. If it is too wet, add some more bread. If it is too dry, add a few tablespoons of milk.
- Roll the burgers in the flour. Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers for about 10 minutes until tender and brown. Turn occasionally.
Tip
Delicious with potatoes from the oven and lettuce.
