This curry recipe is great for the heavy appetite.
Ingredients

150-200 grams brown rice

250 grams leek

1 zucchini

1 onion

2 tablespoons raisins

3 sprigs of coriander

200 grams turkey breast

1 tablespoon liquid margarine

1/2-1 teaspoons curry powder

2 tablespoons coconut milk

2 tablespoons semi-skimmed yogurt
Preparation
- Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Clean the vegetables.
- Cut the leek lengthwise and cut the halves into pieces of about 5 centimeters. Slice the zucchini into long strips. Cut the onion small.
- Wash the raisins.
- Wash the coriander and cut the sprigs into small pieces.
- Cut the turkey breast into thin strips.
- Heat the margarine and brown the turkey for about 5 minutes. Stir fry the curry and the onion briefly.
- Add the vegetables, raisins, coconut milk and 50 milliliters of water and let the dish simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season it with pepper.
- Remove from the heat, stir in the yogurt and sprinkle over the coriander.
