I often use nutritional yeast in, for example, yogurt and casseroles. Can I get too much vitamin B this way?

Nutritional yeast flakes are indeed relatively high in B vitamins. If you would eat 100 grams of it daily, you would get more B vitamins than you need on a daily basis. However, this amount is still safe.
Rather vary
I do recommend that you do not eat more than 100 grams. It is also important to eat a varied diet, so that you get all the vitamins and minerals you need. So occasionally using yeast flakes is fine, but not too much and preferably not daily, but as part of a healthy, varied diet.
