Lose weight harmoniously. A good goal for the start of the year… First step: weigh yourself, write it down and don’t go back to your scale for four weeks!
Massive weight gain is dangerous. A doctor will not necessarily talk to you about “disease”; it is a bad habit of modern medicine to put this health problem aside. Throughout this year, you may be surprised by the banality of certain advice… However… It is the intelligent addition of ingredients and foods, often very simple, that makes the genius of gastronomy. Let’s act with the same logic to lose excess weight that the immoderate practice of this cult has inflicted on us!
One day is THE day…
Because you are tired of walking around with a 10 kilo backpack, or even much more, on your shoulders and especially on your stomach; because your partner threatens to have a separate room because of your snoring; because you are asleep at the end of the midday meal; because the least effort exhausts you; because you are tired of being stuffed in your clothes; or because you are discovering this chronicle…
It is possible to lose 15% of your starting weight, without suffering, without fearing the yoyo effect or deficiencies.
“THE” day will be today…
“Great news, we start today. You will see, there is really no revolution, except the application of ten principles which, very quickly, will become part of your daily life; none are exceptional; it is the combination of the whole that makes all the interest of this method. You heard it right! We will never speak of a “regime”; or to talk about others… If you do a search on the internet, you risk discovering the advice of exceptional doctors, but too “stuck” in their specialty. Nutritionists do great nutrition, sports specialists prepare athletes, and psychiatrists do psychiatry. But being too fat is not just nutrition, inactivity or intellectual compensation: it’s a mixture of all of these! And that’s why you have to “mix” the advice.
So let’s start!
Weigh yourself; tomorrow morning, on an empty stomach. Write down the result carefully in a notebook or on your Smartphone.
Then give up your bathroom scale, for four weeks, so that the first results are significant. Weight loss is sometimes capricious, especially in the beginning. After one month, the result is guaranteed! You will begin to be overwhelmed by an incredible wave of well-being.
To do this, start by absolutely respecting the first two principles: “Eat less, Do physical exercise”. There are ten principles that you will be reminded of regularly. It may seem simple and not very revolutionary, but applying these principles is a little more complicated than you think and requires a regular appointment for 1 year.
