The “egg diet” formula is based only on natural foods and should not be continued. beyond a week. Hence the good results, since you lose about 3 kg, and without risk of deficiencies, because the duration is really short!
Concretely what are you going to eat?
Over this week, you will consume with each meal:
- 2 to 3 egg whites associated with 1 whole egg, they provide good quality proteins that will prevent muscle wasting and ensure good satiation.
- 1 vegetable broth, to ensure hydration and avoid vitamin and mineral deficiencies (if you are too hungry, you can eat the vegetables that were used to make the broth).
