Teen diet: hydration
While it is important to drink throughout the day, it is important to remember to hydrate when you wake up. Water, milk, green and red tea and pressed fruits, these are good drinks for a good awakening. Avoid sodas and even coffee (except in small quantities) and also reminds Dr. Martine Balandraux Olivet of industrial fruit juices containing a lot of added sugars.

To restart the brain and not succumb to the hollow and fatigue of 11 o’clock, Dr. Martine Balandraux Olivat insists on the fact “that we should not just eat too sweet cereals in the morning, but that we must complete his meal with wholemeal bread, fruit, milk and also protein (egg, or slice of ham) “. Industrial cereals are mostly rich in fast sugars and bad fats.
Teen diet: the right rhythm
The breakfast does not swallow up. It is taken, posed, step by step. Doctor Martine Balandraux Olivet recommends “to start with a drink and a yogurt and if you are no longer hungry to take crackers and fresh fruit”. If you’re hungry, prepare the perfect platter:
a drink, fresh fruit, yogurt or cottage cheese or milk or eggs.
