I have suffered from a corn for years. Corn plasters, pedicure: I’ve tried a lot, but it never disappears. How do I get rid of it permanently?

Usually there is something that makes a stubborn corn is maintained and apparently that cause has not yet been found in you. I would ask the GP if he knows what it is, or ask him to refer you to a podiatrist. Really annoying corns are also removed by the surgeon.
