Preparation
- Rinse the black rice and cook it with 1 star anise, according to the package directions.
- Salt at the end of cooking. Remove the star anise and set aside.
- Coarsely grate the carrots.
- In a wok, pour the olive oil, then brown the degermed and pressed garlic cloves with the grated ginger and
- crushed cardamom seeds.
- Add the shrimp, sliced spring onions and carrots. Sauté for 2 min.
- Add the black rice to the wok and heat 2-3 min.
- Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and ground pepper. Serve.
