The goal is to gradually raise the heart rate by performing simple movements, such as knee raises, buttocks heels or a little jump rope. The duration of the session must be adapted to the capacities of each one, it is important to go gradually by increasing the duration and the difficulty as you go: it can go from ten minutes up to an hour of exercise.
After use, it is also advisable to return to calm so that the heart rate goes down slowly: it is thus necessary to continue to move but slowly, then to stretch for a few minutes.
What exercises should I do?
The fitness stepper is quite easy to use: just walk to start the session. Gradually, the idea is to increase the difficulty, either by taking more steps in less time, or by taking longer. Some devices also display resistance data, and this also allows you to intensify the sessions. Whatever the level of difficulty, it is important not to look at your feet, and to keep your back straight, so as not to injure yourself.
