Since March 20, it’s official, it’s spring! The spring season is rich in fruits and vegetables, so it’s a great opportunity to eat gourmet and balanced meals. What are spring fruits and vegetables?
You can find a variety of vegetables on the stalls:artichoke, asparagus, the peas, watercress, the lawyer, the courgette, the cucumberchard, spinach, turnip, the radish, garlic, the onion, the shallot, batavia, fennelbutter bean, the lettuce, the leek, spring onion and the tomato. Without forgetting early vegetables (picked before full maturity), such as gourmet peas, new potatoes and carrots, broad beans, etc. Among these vegetables, some such as asparagus or radish are only available for a short time: you might as well take advantage of them!

What do we eat in the spring?
