This Italian pasta dish is ready in no time, easy to make and delicious in taste.

300 grams of zucchini

300 grams tomato

2 onions

100 grams green beans

4 cloves of garlic

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

2 sprigs of fresh sage

4 tbsp fresh oregano

200 grams of hard sausage (salami or something)

600 grams of fresh tagliatelle with herbs

2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
- Cut the zucchini, tomato and onion into small pieces. Clean the green beans and chop the garlic. Roughly chop the fresh herbs. Also cut the sausage into pieces.
- Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package. Also cook the green beans for 5 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion for a while. Add the zucchini and fry it too. Add the tomatoes, sausage and fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the tagliatelle on a plate and spoon the sauce over it.
TIP: Sprinkle some extra Parmesan cheese over the dish. That’s very tasty!
