Preparation
- Wash the tofu steak and cut it into small cubes.
- Mince the basil leaves.
- In a hollow container, mix the tomato coulis with the soy sauce and the oil, add the diced tofu, the basil and leave to marinate.
- Remove the stems from the snow peas. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain them and immediately refresh them under cold water.
- You can also steam them.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Arrange the mange-tout on each plate, divide the diced tofu with the marinade on top.
- Sprinkle with cherry tomatoes and soya mix.
