Preparation
- Peel 3 turnips and cut them into cubes.
- Cook them for 20 minutes in salted boiling water along with 500 g of cauliflower florets.
- Take them out with a skimmer and mix them with 25 cl of semi-skimmed or vegetable milk, salt, pepper and a little cooking water to obtain the ideal consistency.
